 WAYS OF ORDER 
Here are the ways in which you can place your order:

  1. A.ADD TO CART and through you Credit Cart (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express).

By clicking “Add to Cart” after you select the product you wish to order. Then follow the steps to complete your purchase at the website of Alpha Bank.

Furthermore, Service E-Commerce by Alpha e-Pay supports payment by credit card as follows:

  1. 1.After you have selected the products or services you wish to buy from our e-shop you choose “Payment by credit card”
  2. 2.Then you are redirected to a new pop-up window to Alpha Bank’s secure website. You are then required to enter your credit card details (Our e-shop for security measures does not have access to your credit card details).
  3. 3.When you finish registering your credit card details, Alpha Bank will attempt to charge your credit card for the specified amount. Finally you will receive a positive or negative confirmation of your transaction.

Service E-Commerce by Alpha e-Pay provides the options below:

  1. 1.You may Cancel your transaction. 
  2. 2.Send an e-mail to the card owner detailing the transaction, its charges and the option to cancel the transaction.
  3. 3.High level of security.
  4. 4.Support 3D-Secure transactions (Token)

CUSTOMS 

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES ?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 

DELIVERY 
CAN I HAVE MY PARCEL REDIRECTED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS ?

For your security we aren't able to change the address your order is being sent to. Don't worry – if you're not in when a delivery is attempted our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.

 WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT IN WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES ?

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

 CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?

Some international carriers provide tracking. Have a look at the confirmation email that tells you 'Your order is on its way'. If your order is trackable you’ll see the link there.
